We are looking for ABB / FANUC / KUKA ROBOT PROGRAMMERS - Automotive
Requisiti / Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen / Knowledge and skills
- Diploma o Laurea breve tecnica (non obbligatoria)
- Esperienza professionale nel campo della programmazione di robot, controllo robot, tecnologia di automazione, messa in servizio nel campo della produzione automobilistica
- Conoscenza di uno standard automobilistico (ad esempio VASS o/e Daimler)
- Programmazione di applicazioni robotiche (es. Incollaggio, saldatura, handling)
- Gestione rapporti con i clienti nazionali ed esteri;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o tedesca;
- Disponibilità a svolgere trasferte in Europa (Germania, Polonia, Repubblica Checa ecc).
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung, eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik / Robotik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Roboterprogrammierung, Robotersteuerung, Automatisierungstechnik, Inbetriebnahme im Umfeld der Automobilproduktion
- Kenntnis einer Automobilstandard (z. B. VASS oder / und Daimler)
- Ganzheitliche Inbetriebnahme, Programmierung und Optimierung von Robotersteuerungen (KUKA / FANUC / ABB/Comau), Roboteranlagen in der Automobil- und Fertigungsindustrie
- Eigenständige Programmierung von Roboterapplikationen (bspw. Kleben, Falzen, Schweißen)
- Selbständige Abwicklung des gesamten Projektdurchlauf von Robotersystemen von der Funktionsbesprechung, Planung bis hin zur Offline- und Onlineprogrammierung
- Prozessoptimierung der Roboterprogramme in Bezug auf Qualität, Sicherheit und Taktzeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft und Teamorientierung
- Successfully completed electrotechnical training, further training to become a state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering / automation technology / robotics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of robot programming, robot control, automation technology, commissioning in the field of automotive production
- Knowledge of at least one automobile standard (e.g. VASS and / and Daimler)
- Commissioning, programming and optimization of robot controls (KUKA / FANUC / ABB / Comau), robot systems in the automotive and manufacturing industries
- Independent programming of robot applications (e.g. gluing, handling, welding)
- Process optimization of the robot programs in terms of quality, safety and cycle time
- Good level of German and English
- Willingness to travel and team orientation
